First time I have booked stay in this hotel from Easemytrip. Very bad experience. If we get good deals and booked then hotel doesn't accept it.They state away force to customer for cancelling the booking and make it from other portals where rates are higher.finaly I had to cancel my booking and took my refund back as there was no other option.
