Mr. Rafiquel is the best staff I have came through. Though I am a very regular customer who visits Green Valley. But honestly being a hotelier myself I would try to give a honest feedback kindly train few staffs in your organization ( Normal, Souvik ). In details: Mr. Nirmal is very arrogant staff who never gives priority to a customer satisfaction. Rudeness overloaded. Considers himself either owner or Manager. Guest interactions are very very poor. And Souvik always lack of energy in service and taking order and serving guest requests, may it be what ever time of the day it is. These staff behaviours will definitely start giving a negative impact on the organisation and it's future growth. Either change their attitude or them. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
