Very bad and pathetic experience i have faced in Green gate Hotel Kumta. I have visited hotel with my family yesterday. Bill was 2095. Waiter given me one scanner. I have scanned the scanner and paid the bill. After that hotel cashier told that bill not came. Upon checking amount went to one of the hotel in Bangalore. We have informed to check cctv footage also to check scanner is given by waiter only. Cashier disagree. We have paid one more 2095 to cashier. Its very big headche to me to take follow up with 3rd party person for payment. I have already lodge complaint. My advice to everyone is that pay a bill in counter only in front of cashier only. Its only for this hotel. 3rd party person also told that how there scanner available in this hotel. Be careful while making payment here. Still i am taking followup with the bank for the same amount. Very pathetic experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
