Food taste ia similar to other restuarant, they served us with cold roti though there were only 3 tables occupied, flies were roaming abt n they don't have any solution to it, AC were nt working Don't waste your money trying their falooda Only the ambience of the restuarant is good. I recently visited Grand Shalimar Restaurant and Lawn, located next to Raheja Vistas Phase-3, near Cloud9, End Of, Mohammed Wadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411060. While the place is visually appealing with good decoration and ambience, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The food was average at best—definitely not worth the hype or the prices. Even worse, the staff had no idea about the actual menu pricing. They quoted random prices, and when I questioned it, they completely ignored me. That’s not something you expect from a place that presents itself as premium. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, all he offered was a standard 10% discount, which most restaurants provide anyway. There was no sincere effort to address the issue or improve the experience. What truly shocked me was when I asked for a glass of warm water due to health reasons, and the staff simply refused. Such lack of basic courtesy and hospitality is unacceptable. Please think twice before visiting. A beautiful location is not enough when the service and food fail to match even basic expectations.
