I am regular customer for Grand mehfil and this time when I am writing this receiew I am in staying in same hotel . I have been always given room in 2nd and 3rd floor but this time room 406 was allocated which was stinking and had no refrigerator even the furniture and TV was not upto mark. Then after followups they allocated room 404 to me which was also having issue in intercom and wall mounted AC remote was not functioning. Being a regular customer all these things are not expectable and this wasted my 1 hr of time and alot of frustration caused. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 5
