Extremely disappointed with the food quality at Goutam Restaurant. I had high expectations given its location near City Centre, but the experience was far below average. The food was bland, oily, and lacked freshness — almost as if it was reheated leftovers. The Chowmin was dry, the curry tasted stale, and the naan was rubbery. On top of that, hygiene was questionable, and service was very slow. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal in the area. The area is so good but the staff members are worse beyond imagination. They are rude and impolite, answer after asking thrice and delivery is super slow. The worst Goutam's I've been to. We noticed they are also quite stingy with the quantity of food as well. So go at ur own risk guys! I personally don't recommend this particular branch.
