The thali is a feast in every sense—a never-ending spread of flavors that somehow always tastes just as good as the last time. The dal, the kadhi, the fresh rotis dipped with ghee, and those irresistible amras—every drop is comfort. No matter how much I tell myself to eat less, I always end up stuffing myself because it’s just that good! What I love most is the consistency. So many places start strong but lose their touch over time—Gordhan Thal never has. The service is just as warm as the food, with staff who make sure your plate (and heart) are always full. Some of my best memories are tied to this place—bringing friends and family here, watching their eyes light up as they take their first bite, and then laughing about how we all ate way too much.
