The restaurant isn't properly organised. Table & chairs lying around unorganised. Table service isn't very great. Had asked the waiter to serve water and tissues atleast 3 times. Food presentation isn't upto the Gopal's standards (other locations gopals). Person on counter isn't very friendly. I asked for menu on counter(which is supposed to be given on table) and the guy yelled go and take from other counter pay the bill and bring the receipt then order. Lets talk about food. Ordered masala dosa and malai chaap. To be honest the food was highly overpriced. Paid 220 for dosa and 220 for chaap. Dosa tastes good. Liked the dosa but malai chaap. Oh my god!! It feels like they made chaap by rolling chapati. Absolutely taste like chapati. Zero taste like soya chaap. Made from aata. And that too half burnt. And plate presentation wasn't really good. The malai was like water everything floating in water. To be honest i expect better from brand like Gopals. Really disappointed from restaurant. Bought sweets, dry fruits hampers and other gift hampers for diwali from the sweet shop. I would say they are super over priced. 750 gm dry fruits thali hamper costs 1450 which same can be bought from other places for 1100-1200 exact same packing. Laddu and other sweets was over priced too, nothing was less than 800per Kg. I mean what's the point of buying same sweets for double of the price you can get somewhere else. Ghee laddu was 850 per kg which i bought from Jaggi's later which costs me around 450 per Kg. Overall spent was 11000/- for diwali gift hampers from Gopal's but i expect better service and lower prices in future. Thanks Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
