I used the restaurant, in a fine location in the very central Hanuman Chowk, overlooking the chowk from its first-floor location. Big windows let in beautiful, natural light. It was noon and lunchtime, so I ordered dal tadka, a roti, a plain paratha and aloo matar, and a ginger tea to go before it. The ginger tea was really nice and I savoured every sip, looking out on the sun-graced chowk with a Hanuman statue in the middle. The lunch came with a small onion salad on the side. The dal and the paratha was delicious. The aloo matar, a bit oily and spicy. After lunch, I ordered a milk coffee and sat for a while. The restaurant is neat and clean and also has a washroom. The service is pleasant and friendly. It's a nice place in this remote town in the mountains for good Indian food at realistic prices. Service: 5
