Good Karma Restaurant Owner, Sir their seems to be difference on what your Restuarant name Stands for & with Hospitality you Serve with. Yestday my son visited your Restuarant first time considering name ,good Hygienic place & Reviews, when he found food/snack servered not upto mark he immediately complaint about it to you but you considering him as no so important customer & didn't listen to his feedback, as Good Karma you should haved, his intension was you pay attention to his feedback so you improve on. but you gave such expression as if you don't care. but believe me we in Foods/Hospitality Business and as Good soul should listen our customer. no customer would come for getting free food by complaining , atleast about my son i can Guarantee we are not in categorie of getting in free bizz by cribbing . So don't generalise this statement for customers , That they want free food from you.(Rather if i would have in his place would have order same dish for you and your entire staff and would have offered to have it completely and paid for it to give experience of your own food how it taste ) I am in food Industry since last 27 years and always appreciated feedback from customers never back criticised them, but always tried to improve myself, and learned out of it. So as Good Entrepruneur let's value feed back of our customer. Rest when i am in town will definitely visit your Restuarant to meet you. Regards,

Hi sir we know our values and hope our customers also stand up to them . All of our customers are important to us . I gave him half the money back for half eaten food . He in his comment said I refused to give refund . As your hospitality associate felt wrong after all that hard work and being unappreciated . That’s the only thing .
