I visited STREET GOURMET yesterday while at the NM Centre, hoping for a quick cup of tea and coffee for my family. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasant. I ordered two teas and one coffee and waited an unreasonably long 22 minutes. When my order finally arrived, I was shocked to find the tea in a plain silver bag instead of disposable cups. For a total of 160, I expected at least some basic presentation and service. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this place. I’ll be sticking to Wagh Bakri Chai outlets from now on. They know how to serve customers properly! Service: 1
