I am writing to inform you that one of the item from my recent order was missing. I had ordered gulab jamun, idli and chola bhatura, but I only receive chola without Bhatura along with other item. I request you to kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund or replacement for the missing Bhatura at your earliest convenience.
