Goan spice pernem has a very nice breezy ambience with all wooden architecture. This is just by the highway with a lot of parking area. The place is well ventilated and breezy. They play nice music. I tried the goan kingfish thali, tisryanche and xinaneo rawa fry. The xinaneo rawa fry was crispy and fresh. The tisryanche is spicy. The thali contains rice, curry, bhaji, reshad tonak,chapati, kingfish rawa fry one big piece, sukyo tisryo and sol curry. The place also has a small bar counter and offers many cocktails and hard drinks. Overall a good place suitable for family and friends. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
