My recent visit to the Goa Garden Restaurant left me with mixed feelings. While the service was undeniably top-notch, the same cannot be said for the food, which was a major letdown. Let's start with the positive aspects. The service at Goa Garden Restaurant is undeniably worthy of a five-star rating. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and promptly seated. The waitstaff was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks never went empty, and our requests were handled swiftly. It was clear that the restaurant places a premium on customer satisfaction, and for that, they deserve high praise. However, the real disappointment came when we sampled the food. Despite the inviting menu descriptions and the restaurant's reputation, the dishes fell far short of expectations. We ordered a variety of dishes, hoping to experience the diverse flavors but what we received was a letdown. The flavors were bland, lacking the vibrant spices and unique combinations that are characteristic. The presentation was uninspiring, and the portions were modest at best, considering the prices. One dish, in particular, was so lackluster that it left us questioning the authenticity of the entire menu. The chicken dum biryani was taste less i never suggest any one to try. It felt as though the kitchen had taken a shortcut in its preparation, sacrificing quality for expediency.
