Had great nice sober meal... That is to be considered good experience then i thought wait i went to ginger for special occasions, for some fun, for excitement, for JAZZ and ended up having garlic noodle and chicken chilly gravy... So lame... why would i eat such limited and non fancy dish for per head ₹500. Ambience- thik hai chalta hai.. adjust kar lete hai. One thing which was most fancier was and auto rickshaw table and to spice up our time we even sat on that table but trust me auto rickshaw on road are way more comfortable... very big let down was one fancy item chicken steak with brown sauce... chicken dry, chewy brown sauce in 5 min after serve it was no longer sauce it was jelly... hip hip hurray for first time in my life i had brown jelly (sarcasm) ...

A total let down definitely not going to go again any time, Why should I ???????

The only thing that saved my lunch was my family.

A Rahul dravid in restaurants.....
Nt too hrd hittin , yet consistent enuf to deliver
A v limited menu , bt d fud tasted nice
Left a gud flavour in d taste buds to crry home
Ambience .... cosy
Service .... bearable
In dis nonveg starved surat city , vhn nonveg restaurants r so less.... kash des few places were bettr groomed

This has been my home away from home. As i have stayed at Ginger for a year so used to dine everyday here.The manager Biswas... and his boys (staff)are the usp of this restaurant. An antique rickshaw wid dinning table adds 4stars to the ambiance.
The food is really good. Mocktails are fantastic....
Breakfast if you are a Guest at hotel is fabulous....great variety daily...
Chef is great...
Worth eating usually is a house full during weekends...
