poor quality, n packaging is vety low because of that ice cream can melt down quickly, i will not order again.

Thanks for raising the concern. We have checked the raised issue and found order picked up from store at 9:06 PM and delivered at 10:08 PM. Unfortunately, we have no control over food package as soon as it leaves our store premises and comes under Zomato delivery network where it took unusually high time to deliver the food package and thus resulting in melting of Ice cream, although multiple ice packs were added to the food packaging. Hope you understand our point of view and will appreciate if you reconsider your rating to store.

Item missing Rabri faluda..I ordered kesar to complete the order but to wanted to eat the special Rabri faluda but couldn't recd Becz restaurant missed to send..how careless they are.it was my first order and I'm upset
