faluda includes sabja, gulkand, kevda, rabdi, dryfruits, which are missing in your faluda....it is on a much sweeter side than expected from faluda

I have visited today 27 September 2024, Giani Ice Cream at World Street, Faridabad, and the experience was honestly pathetic. The guy working there had long hair and nails that were way too long, which already felt unprofessional. But what really got to me was how disrespectful he was when I simply asked for a straw. Instead of helping, he acted like he was doing me a huge favor and insulted me in the process. This isn’t the kind of service I expect when I’m paying for a product, and it definitely left a bad impression. They seriously need to improve their customer service and ensure their staff knows how to treat people with basic courtesy.
