The ice cream was just above average, but I did not like the cone for which I had paid extra I instantly regretted as soon as I took one bite of that cone .

Absolutely disappointing and a health hazard! This place is an absolute letdown. The ice cream is stale, bland, and shockingly overpriced - ₹270 for a medium-sized Chocolate Hazelnut cone that had more flavor in the cone than in the ice cream itself Not only is the taste underwhelming, but it also left me with an itchy throat and a stomachache, making me question the quality and freshness of their ingredients. At this price point, you'd expect at least decent quality, but this was borderline inedible They also don’t accept Swiggy or Zomato Dine-out payments Save your money and your health, and skip this place. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Even if I were craving ice cream for years, I wouldn't come back here. I'd rather travel half an hour to another place for ice cream than eat here

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Gelato Italiano. We ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake gelato, expecting it to be a creamy, delightful treat. However, what we received was far from that. The texture was icy and unpleasant, more like strawberry crush you'd mix into milk rather than authentic gelato. It was so bad that it even caused discomfort in our throats. To make matters worse, we weren't allowed to pay via Zomato, even though there was an offer available. Additionally, the taxes were quite high, around 35-40. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and completely ruined our mood. I would not recommend Gelato Italiano based on this experience.
