The order was not at all hot and even the items were missing

I was a regular customer of gargi snacks. Whenever I visited pune I used to order from here only just coz of their great taste, quality and quantity of food. But today I am very disappointed by seeing their taste and quality of food. The food was stale. Idli wasn't fresh and the chutney was smelling very bad. Also the pav bhaji wasn't fresh. The bhaji was tooo sour (khatta) couldn't able to eat. It was stale. Very disappointing. The food was not worth even a single penny and I have paid around 250 bucks for the same. I have given the instructions to make the food fresh but the instructions wasn't accepted by the restaurant. The quality and taste was worst. Will never order from here again.
