Amidst all the cliche vegetarian offerings, Gabru Di Chaap is standing out with introducing Chaap to the Hyderabad's audience. My desire to try out chaap has been ticked out and I am super glad it did. All the things I heard about chaap were precisely true and I am truly impressed with this vegetarian offering.
The things I tried here:
Tawa Chaap gravy with Rumali Roti was an absolute Stunner! The spicy gravy was mouthwatering! On the other hand, Malai Chaap gravy was lacking a bit of seasoning.

Pardesi Lasagna Chaap and Gabru di Biryani are MUST-HAVES! I kid you not, I am a sucker of chicken biryani, and if I say that a vegetarian biryani was good, It was actually good! Lasagna was super cheesy and it'll surely melt in your mouth!

Shaandar Lime Cilantro Chaap, Kamaal di Amritsari Chaap, Dilkash Mughlai Chaap and Chatkadaar Chitpotle Chaap were good but Canada Wali Desi Chaap stole the show!

Overall, it was a great experience!
