We had very nice dinner cosisting of khichdi kadhi we had also offered fresh chaptis alongwith fresh pickles and sabji. Warm welcome and at reasonable price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Roti Thaali

Craving a change of flavors, I stumbled upon a hidden gem—a Gujarati hub where Lekha Aunty serves up homely, authentic Gujarati meals right from her home. Showing up unannounced one day, I was warmly welcomed as she whipped up piping hot methi parathas in no time, paired perfectly with aloo ki sabji and a fiery, flavorful chili pickle. To top it off, she treated me to some delightful homemade sweets for dessert. The pickle was so exceptional that I couldn’t resist asking her to prepare a batch for me to take home, which she crafted fresh from scratch. Her incredible Gujarati thali meals are a true delight, and she also offers delivery and accepts party orders for those eager to savor her culinary magic. We were in Alleppey and were looking for Gujrathi food and came across Gujrathi Hub. Dont confuse this with any hotel, this is place were Lekha aunty welcomes guests at home and prepares homely Gujrathi/Jain food. Lekha aunty is humble and welcoming and it does feel like you are meeting some relative at their place.. If you are travelling to Alleppey and want home made Gujrathi/ Jain food then you must give this place a try.
