Customer service is bad…o my god!!! Waiting time and they don’t intimate waiting time properly… very loud , can’t even have your meal in peace… this is a frustrated review, that’s how irritated they got me here, even after ordering food it took more than 30 minutes which was ridiculous, don’t waste your time by coming here guys, either have a prior booking and lots of free time and also about the noise, I am very serious, you can’t have your meal in peace if u are someone who’s concerned by that… no proper management at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Atleast after waiting for 1.5 hours they misplaced our order and made us wait more half n hour, they are not even sorry about it… I usually never write a review but I am writing it today, people should know about this hotel, people who came after us had food and left before our order even came Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Everything is fine but charging exorbitantly for water and not providing free water is very bad. Let the waiters be provided with deodorant. All of them are stinking with sweat smell.
