Today, I ordered Haleem worth ₹300 for takeaway. Despite charging a premium price, they failed to provide the basic accompaniments. Soup, which is mandatory for Haleem and preferred by many customers, was not served. They also did not provide onions, lemon, or fried onions. They only handed over the Haleem box.For ₹300, it is completely unacceptable not to include even the minimum standard items. They did not provide a spoon either. This clearly reflects very poor customer service standards.Additionally, the staff’s behavior was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve proper service and respectful treatment. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.
