visited Grill-9 and was served a chicken starter that was clearly spoiled it smelled rotten and tasted stale, likely stored for several days before serving. To make things worse, the mint chutney had a cockroach in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous to public health. From my experience and reading other recent reviews, this is not an isolated case. There seem to be serious problems with food storage, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene here. Consuming spoiled meat can cause food poisoning, and pests in food are a clear sign of neglect. Strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective action, deep-clean the premises, and follow proper food safety standards. Until then, cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
