I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and anger at the appalling quality of food and service we experienced at Fujiya Restaurant, Malcha Marg, on 17th May 2024, around 8:30 PM.
As regular visitors since the 90s, we have always cherished the memories of enjoying delicious meals with our Japanese delegation From Mitsubishi and later with our family. However, our recent visit was a shocking letdown. The food was of extremely poor quality, and the preparation was unappetizing. Moreover, the staff, particularly a bald man with a moustache, was rude and asked us to leave when we provided feedback.
We sent back the food twice and second time the bald man with moustache refused to take it back , we paid in full ALONG WITH THE FORCED SERVICE CHARGE
It seems like the chef has changed, and someone from an Indian street Chinese van has taken over, which is unacceptable. The ill-mannered staff and poor food have left a bad taste in our mouths, and we are compelled to share our experience online and offline with our friends, family, workplace and aquantences if strict action is not taken.
We request you to take immediate action against the Rude staff and chef to address these issues and restore Fujiya's reputation. We hope to see improvements soon.
