Totally disappointed !! Ordered food from here by checking reviews. on 08:32pm they billed it I received my order on 9:45pm. Delivery got extremely delayed due to which food got cold. When I opened the parcel schezwan chutney was missing. Also the taste is really average!! Nothing to hype about!! Nothing at all. Taste unsatisfactory, service pathetic, complete frustration n waste of time. Wondering where all the positive reviews have come from !! Please do not waste your time n money. Dear Madam Namaste "Thank you for your feedback, which helped me improve my service. However, I'd like to bring a few issues to your attention: 1. You didn't provide the building number (Wing A-1), despite our 5-6 phone conversations. 2. There are two locations in the same building; the landmark (a gold shop) isn't visible on Google Maps. 3. You shared your live location instead of your current location, making it difficult for me to reach you. 4. If there was an issue with the food, you could have called or WhatsApped fudhub number! For future deliveries any one, please share the complete address with two landmarks to avoid delays. Sorry again for the 45-minute delay and inconvenience. I'll ensure improvements moving forward."
