The quality and taste of Frozen Bottle in Kanathur are great, but my recent experience with the service was disappointing. The counter staff was completely distracted, focused on his mobile phone instead of attending to customers. I had to call him multiple times before he slowly responded, and even after taking my order, he went back to his phone. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in a place known for its good products. Hope the management takes action to improve customer service.
