Extremely bad customer service the manager is v impolite and I would never want to have that experience as a customer. He was Horrible. The rest junior guy is more customer friendly than manager.v bad customer experience. I wl never go there again. Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Front Street was recommended by someone to me hence I went on 24th Dec 2024 and bought few pastries, eggless pastries we tried were v delicious and Mr. Yogesh the staff was v v chivalrous and courteous. Hence I went again on 25 to buy few more pastries this time there was a manager so rude not at all professional and had no manners to speak to a lady customer. Service of manager was not good and he was v egoistic inspite of me politely requesting him to give same service as before I received from their staff he was arguing n v rude. .. Mr. Yogesh stepped in and assisted me . Thank u Mr. Yogesh, your manager guy needs to learn how to speak n behave with customer from you. Pastries were delicious but manager was not good hence I will think tice before I step in there .... Don't order cake from here. He fills all the cake with white cream and there is no actual cake. Making it dangerously unhealthy cake. Marne ka hai kya customer ko heart attack se. Completely filled with white cream only. Hardly any cake. Very arrogant and rude behaviour and very expensive. Dear Sir, first and foremost. I expect you to use proper language while speaking on the phone, you can't use cuss words. You didn't even taste the cake and you say it has white cream on it. You should have tasted the cake and if you didn't like it we will gladly return your amount of the cake back to you or you can take any other cake. we are in the business for last 18 years and we know what we make. Please taste the cake first and then put a review. Please take care
