I ordered panner burger and momos in parcel . The owner lady told me to give feedback to the cook since bread may have been roasted for more . Next time it will be good. When I went home and opened the whole burger was dry , was not able to digest . The momos as well there was no dressing as shown in pictures. When I think back , if she knew the burger was not upto standard she could have changed and given a better one instead instead of drama of feedback. Looked like she just wanted to clear old stock. Dirty business tricks on innocent customers. Totally unhappy experience. Felt cheated and not at all worth the money Can't give 0 stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My request was genuine sir …. It was not to sell the old product… he is a new guy at our outlet … dats why i just wanted to tell u in a genuine way …. V vl rectify our mistake and see to that this kind of mistake wont occur again… if any displeasure against the product plz do come n return it …. V vl replace it
