My recent experience at Friends Dhaba and Cafe left much to be desired. I ordered their Kangri Dhaam, hoping for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, the food arrived cold. This wasn't the first time; it's happened before, and despite my complaint, the staff showed no concern and offered no resolution. Their indifferent response was disappointing, to say the least. I ended up leaving all my food behind due to the lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Based on my experiences, I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment if you expect prompt service and hot meals. Unhygienic place. There is nothing like real kangri dam it's just simple daal chawal. Every time I have visited the place plates and glasses were dirty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
