favorite restaurant by far, great ambience & atmosphere, + hygienic. If I could give zero star I would've given I don't recommend people to eat food there I ordered a roll on Swiggy and they sent an old piece with bone which had completely turned black and then they started arguing telling they'll compensate instead of apologizing then they start yelling disgusting service and food. when I asked how will you compensate they said the next time I order they tell me this happened and they'll give me fresh so this just proved they used to give old food. Beware people they don't give fresh food to their customer. VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

She is fake customer…after eat all she wants compensation…thats it…we are not worried about such …..customer like u….God is witness…what we serve the food…to her..

The staffs are in their own world. Customer is sitting in the table & fan's are off. Ordered strip meal- after waiting for 40 min i just left the place. The table was not clean & left used plates tissue of the previous customer. Staffs are not ready to talk to the customers. This was in Kapu branch. Worst experience will never recommend anyone to go. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
