I am highly disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room provided was not in good condition, and the AC was not switched on despite repeated requests. Additionally, I was charged extra money. The room lights were not functioning properly, and there was no water supply in the bathroom. Even after raising these issues with the staff, no action was taken.

Rooms are not safe.Belongings were stolen.Hotel denied and did not share any cctv footage..I will not reccomend the hotel.
