To cut to the chase, out of the the 3 items that was ordered, 2 items had a main ingredient missing.
1. High-Protein Chicken Omlete.
In this item that was delivered, there were only scrambled eggs and couple of mushroom shreds. No trace of chicken, as it was displayed. The taste was fine, but it missed out on the so called main ingredient as the name suggests.
2. Scrambled Eggs Sausage.
In this item, today we were served with just scrambled eggs minus the sausages. Again it tasted just fine, but the missing item makes the food blant.
Hope the management/chefs will look into the process of food preparation so that such complaints about would not arise in the first place. As they say, it's the customer's satisfaction that drives ventures like yours forward.
