A Complete Disaster I don’t even know where to start with this cafe. It was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. First, they messed up my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. How hard is it to get a simple order right? When I asked to cancel it, they flat-out refused, saying it wasn’t possible. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally got it right, but by then, I was already frustrated beyond belief. To make matters worse, the orange juice they served was so sour it felt like I was drinking vinegar. When I pointed it out, they didn’t even seem to care. And let’s not forget the electricity kept going out multiple times during my visit. How is a cafe supposed to function like that? It was like dining in the dark ages. The only saving grace was that the food was *okay*. Not great, not terrible—just edible. But honestly, that’s not enough to make up for the terrible service. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested, and their constant mistakes made the whole experience unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. A really good brunch spot to hang out with friends and family. The French toast is really good here, and they have a wide variety of variations - both veg and non veg. Every single French toast variant we ordered was delicious. The ambience is good, and the service staff are really helpful and attentive. Overall a very good experience - much better than the Panampilly branch, which we've visited previously.
