Extremely disappointing experience at Foodking Kitchen, Karjat! I honestly had one of the worst dining experiences here. I went with genuine expectations after hearing about this place, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I ordered biryani, and the quantity of raita served with it was ridiculously small..not even enough to fill a single spoon. When I asked politely for a little extra (something any decent restaurant would happily provide), they shocked me by saying it would be charged separately. Like seriously? Who does that? Charging for a small portion of raita that should naturally accompany a main dish is just pathetic and unprofessional. The staff’s attitude made it even worse they were completely indifferent, no sense of customer service at all. Instead of handling things politely or making the customer feel valued, they seemed more interested in arguing and justifying their cheap behavior. It’s not about the money it’s about hospitality, respect, and how you treat your customers. The entire experience left a bad taste, and honestly, it ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant meal. I’ve eaten at many local places in and around Karjat, but never have I come across such unwelcoming service for something so basic. If you’re planning to eat here, think twice. There are far better restaurants nearby that care about customers and serve food with generosity and respect. I’ll definitely never visit Foodking Kitchen again, and I’d suggest others save their time, money, and mood by skipping this place altogether. Totally not worth it — 0/5 stars. Sorry to say, we can give ine to two times, for singel plate biryani you ask for 4 times extra Raita, is it a point to give without taking extra charges..not giving free doesn't means we are wrong, pls give proper and true review... Best Wishes..
