So if you are looking for some punjabi food, this place will serve you what you need. Its a farely new restaurant that opened I guess 2-3 months back but they are not fully operational. So alocohol license is still not in place, they are working on that. Only a couple of mocktails are available, juices are coming soon. The menu is different and unique and refreshing and the food we had was also not bad, the staff and owners will keep on asking for feedback. So the staff who brought the food(also recommends), will check if the food you had was good and if it needs any improvement according to you.The staff who cleans the table and takes away the used dishes also checks if the food was good and then the owner will check with you if the food was ok, any recommendations. They are making efforts.
We ordered --
Lemon Ice Tea and Lassi : Lemon Ice Tea was good but the lassi did not have the famous malai that generally comes with Lassi. Yaara thodi malai-shalai daalo lassi meh, toh maaza aa jaaye
Secret Tikka - 3 flavours : This was very nice, basically 3 different types of starters and there were 9 pieces with good size
Gaurav di brown gravy : As the name suggests, this was a main course chicken dish in brown gravy but was little on the sweeter side. We mentioned this to the owners as well, not that the dish is bad, it is very good but we wanted something spicy or medium spicy.
The place is also very nicely done and is divided into 3 sections -- Outside area, Internal section and a deck to look like a ship. Songs were played from Backstreet boys to Michael Jackson to Celion Dion's famous Titanic song to mysterious girl etc. All in all time well spent but I would like to revisit when they are completely operational including alcohol, mocktails and Juices.
Also another important poin to not is that you do not have to pay any extra taxes or anything else, what you see in the menu, you pay.Excellent!!!!
