Service was extremely disappointing. Despite being regular customers, we were treated rudely. We received the wrong order, and instead of apologizing, the staff argued with us. It was a frustrating experience overall. I strongly do not recommend ordering from or visiting Food Factory. There are far better options with respectful service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

Food was good but horrible service i odered 1 fried rice and 1 noodle that too offline in thier restaurant after reaching home realised they have given 2 fried rice. When contacting them they didn’t provide me proper solution instead argue. I mentioned i will never come to their restaurant and i will recommend everyone don’t visit here not worth it. Shame
