Zomato is absolutely cheating customers frequently cancelling the order and cheating people money. when we place an order from kolathur and clearly mentioned the delivery address which is in Palavakkam Chennai. They prepared the food in perambur branch and they are coming to the kolathur location. They must have seen the delivery address and it must be diverted to Palavakkam branch or nearby outlets.immediately without our knowledge, they cancelled the order and looted my money 1238.00 This is unfair and cheating customers money. I lost my hard earned money and they made me fool in this case. This is absolutely their app's fault. we can't even take legal action against Zomato. Absolutely fraudulent activities they did.
