Subject: Food Quality & Service Complaint - FOOD AND FUN FAMILY RESTAURANT Dear Team, I visited your restaurant "Food and Fun Family Restaurant" recently and ordered the following items: Half Chicken Handi 4 Butter Roti 1 Jeera Rice 1 Veg Fried Rice Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The chicken handi had a foul smell, clearly indicating that it was not fresh or possibly spoiled. I immediately complained to the staff, but no appropriate action was taken. Despite reporting the issue, I was still charged the full amount of ₹580. This kind of negligence towards food quality and customer concern is very serious. As a paying customer, I expect hygienic and fresh food with responsible service. I request you to look into the matter seriously and take strict action to avoid such incidents in the future.
