They forgot to pass the driver the drinks and called me to tell me that they were going to deliver it to me. They partially refund what I ordered and yet they ignore my calls after pretending nothing had happened

Cleon, a lot of effort has been put in by people who work day long to fulfill customers’ orders. It is an acceptable mistake that they forgot to include the beverage you ordered. It was 60 rupees and you were refunded with 50 rupees. Its sad that difference between a good and bad rating is 10 rupees. Oh, by the way, were you able to enjoy the free fries that you got with your order? Your calls were ignored as we didn’t want to serve you when you asked to deliver the beverage sitting 8kms away even after getting refunded. Thanks and please don’t order from us again!
