Food Hut is a gem for authentic Shillong flavors and more! The only spot for perfect momo in Vadodara. Loved their Bhutani momos — soft, juicy, and perfectly steamed. The wonton soup and noodles were comforting with a flavorful broth and just the right amount of spice. Even the noodles, chillies, and other key ingredients come straight from Shillong, giving every dish that true mountain flavour. Must-tries: Chicken Steam Momo, Jhol Momo, Chicken Thukpa, Kim Pou Chicken, and Schezwan Chilli Prawns. Owner Sagar is warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate — he guided us through our first visit, and every recommendation was perfect. Highly recommended!
