My recent visit to The Chinese Corner in Peru Baug was an utter disappointment. Misleading photos on Google belied the filthy, unhygienic reality of the restaurant, with dirty plates and grimy seating. The atmosphere was made worse by a loud woman, presumably an investor, loudly discussing earnings. The food, heavily laden with artificial colors and devoid of flavor, was overpriced and unappetizing. This experience was a stark reminder to check multiple reviews, observe cleanliness, and verify the ambiance before dining out.
