this is the 2nd unpleasant experience I have had in this place. this is durga puja time and the food being sold is stale and not fresh....I ordered chicken patty and the same even after being changed once remains stale as the entire stock is like that. the people in the next table also had the same experience... and at all times.. the place is full of flies....

Flurys is always my favorite destination. It is very unfortunate that the service provided by the South City branch is very poor and more specifically the person sitting in the billing counter is very much unprofessional and requires proper training. Kindly train him to behave properly and provide proper service to its customers since it is the reputation of flurys which is ruined. For better reference, the person sitting in the billing counter between 04.30pm to 5.30pm today ie. 15.11.2023 is the person referred to above.
