I visited Florum Cafe during its opening week and wanted to share my experience. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken, Dragon Chicken, Mixed Noodles, and both Orange and Watermelon Mojitos. The Dragon Chicken stood out—it was juicy, tender, and had a pleasant mild spice. The Teriyaki Chicken had excellent marinated flavor, but the meat could’ve been more tender. The noodles were served in a generous portion, though they tasted a bit bland and could use more seasoning. Of the drinks, the Orange Mojito was refreshing, but the Watermelon Mojito didn’t quite meet expectations. Service was on the slower side—we waited around 30 minutes for the food after the drinks were served. While it’s understandable, considering it was opening week, improved speed and coordination would definitely enhance the dining experience.The staff were courteous and polite The ambience was pleasant and the café feels spacious, though cleanliness could be improved. Pricing felt slightly higher compared to the value of the dishes, and a better seating arrangement could make the space feel more inviting. A bit more efficiency from the staff would also go a long way. Overall, Florum has a lot of potential. With a few improvements in food consistency, service speed, and setup, it could become a go-to spot for many.
