They used spoiled vegetables for the roll. It smelled really horrible. It raised my serious concern about the kitchen's hygiene standards and food safety. I didn't even eat the roll, and frankly, I won't be returning. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food of such poor quality. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to the management, as this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

23.8.25. Worst service and extremely unhygienic! They took 25 minutes just to serve an omelet and chicken sautéed veggies, and what finally arrived was shocking — frozen, cold chicken instead of fresh, hot food. The plate was dirty, the vegetables were stale and rotten, and everything smelled of very old, reused oil. To make things worse, the entire kitchen had a foul smell, which clearly shows how poor their hygiene standards have become. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened twice at their Malviya Nagar outlet. Earlier the food and service were decent, but now it has gone completely downhill.
