The egg sandwich was excellent but the tofu meal wasn't great since the sauce had no taste and as like a paste and the meal wasn't tasty

There was a Cockroach in the food. What kind of quality standards are these? Absolutely disgusting! I need a complete refund and a formal apology. Never ordering food from fit food company.
