Today purchased 1 kg of pomfret (4 pieces) from this shop, and unfortunately, 3 of them were frozen and had an unpleasant, stale smell. This is the third time I've faced this issue. While I understand prices may be higher due to the market rate, I expect the fish to be fresh, especially at these prices. The owner was also unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to discuss the problem. I’m willing to pay more for quality, but the lack of freshness and customer service is disappointing."

The fish is fresh every time we order, with not the slightest hint of staleness in any order. I confidently serve fish from FishTail Seafood to my child without any worries. The store is also very neat and clean.
