From cutting the fish exactly as requested to maintaining top-notch cleanliness, they consistently deliver a standout experience. Sachin and Deepti are running the show remarkably well. The way they arrange and present the seafood, and ensure customers receive perfectly cut and cleaned fish, is truly unique. Their staff is well-trained, understands their responsibilities, and never compromises on quality. Yes, rush hours can get a bit busy due to the high demand—but that crowd speaks for the quality they offer. I’m confident the team will streamline this as they grow.
