Had a lovely experience getting a bouquet made here, staff was helpful and gave great advice on the flower arrangements. Very happy with the end result! Had a small hiccup as they didn't accept international card payments in-store, but after some quick thinking the gentleman at the desk found a payment solution that worked for us. Appreciated the extra help - responsible approach.

Spent more than 18,000 INR for quality 75 roses as I ordered from overseas. The bouquet cane with EXTREMELY POOR quality smallest buds of roses. The bouquet quickly DIED within 9 hours with rosebuds turning black, drooping and dying. On top of that the delivery missed the special occasion, arriving WAY TOO LATE, the next day! The merchant never provided an apology or another quality replacement. There were 20 phone calls from vendors and FNP persuading the customer to accept the SHODDY floral arrangement with highly POOR quality flowers.

TERRIBLE Quality - Ferns and Petals Vasant Kunj. Large bouquet of red roses became black and wilting LESS than 24 hours after delivery. VERY POOR Quality and DISHONEST company as assured us the bouquet was not OLD (don't burn 5000 rupees go elsewhere, Anywhere BUT FNP)
