This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. No offense to the waiters they were polite and decent. However, the management and counter staff handled complaints very poorly. When we raised concerns about the food quality, they seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than solving the issue. The mandi rice quality was poor, and the tomato chutney served with it was especially bad. It had an unpleasant smell and tasted spoiled, as if the tomatoes used were not fresh. When we complained, the response from the management was shocking. They claimed that food quality can deteriorate over time and asked us how they were supposed to check it. Seriously? Ensuring food quality and freshness is the basic responsibility of any hotel or restaurant. If they cannot guarantee that the food they serve is fresh and of acceptable quality, then what is the point of running a hotel? The fried rice was decent, but the chai was watery and overly bitter. When we raised these issues, the attitude of the counter staff was rude and dismissive rather than helpful. It wasn't just our experience. Other families around us were also unhappy. One family received chicken tandoori that appeared frozen inside, with oil dripping from it. While the outside looked appealing, the quality was disappointing. What was most frustrating was that they refused to accept any mistakes. Their repeated response was, "What are we supposed to do?" Instead of addressing customer concerns, they seemed unwilling to take responsibility or improve the situation. A hotel is not judged only by its appearance. Food quality, hygiene, customer service, and the willingness to address genuine complaints matter far more. Unfortunately, this place failed in all of those aspects during our visit. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The food at Fataza was okay — nothing special, but decent enough if you’re hungry. Taste and portions were average for the price. The biggest issue was hygiene. The hand wash area and washroom were not maintained well, which is disappointing for a restaurant. Cleanliness should be basic, especially when serving food to families. If they fix the hygiene problems, the place has potential. For now, it’s an average experience. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
