The restaurant took 50 minutes to prepare the order and even after that handed the wrong order to the Zomato rider. Very dissapointed by Fat Lulu's, it being one of my favourite pizza joints at one point of time.

This restaurant always make fool of customers, I order a pizza and it took more then 45 mins when I checked on app it shows tht delay is from restaurant. When I called on the given number, someone answered and said that delay is from rider and he don’t know anything so call rider and ask him where is he and all tht.so I made a conference call with rider and. Rider said that I’m standing in restaurant and they are asking 15-20 mins more for my order. Then he says ohhh I will see it !!!! Is this the Professionalism!! When I called restaurant for asking , and you saying me to check rather then check at your end!!! And I said to him that on app it shows that delay is from your end , he said that we can’t update details till rider didn’t come so we have to show this only !!! But truth is that this restaurant always make food out of people. This happens to my in past also many times, but everytime thinking of that, that it might be possible tht rider is late. But truthfully is different. it is not at all polite and professional in his job. I don’t know he is owner or some employee but who so ever, not professional and polite, doesn’t know how to talk to costumer.
