As mentioned on the menu, A cold brew doesn’t taste like a authentic cold coffee, It’s just espresso shot, milk and ice. You could have tried our frappuccino to get that authentic cold coffee experience. Our goal is to provide excellent service and quality in every visit, and it's disappointing to know we fell short.
